Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Guidance for Infrastructure Projects: Provide expert legal guidance on a diverse range of infrastructure projects within the renewable energy sector.
  • Project Planning Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring that legal considerations are an integral part of project planning and execution.
  • Agreement Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements related to construction, services, and vendor partnerships within the renewable energy domain.
  • Risk Management: Actively manage and mitigate legal risks associated with the development of renewable energy infrastructure projects.
  • Contract Review: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, identifying critical legal components and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Dispute Resolution: Participate in and contribute to the resolution of legal disputes, ensuring a fair and effective outcome.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, fostering a compliance-focused approach within the team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing legal insights and solutions.
  • Legal Documentation: Prepare comprehensive legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness in support of infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer, with a specialised focus on infrastructure projects.
