Project Manager job delivering one of the largest Offshore Wind projects in the country

Your new role
The objective of this role is to lead project management and implementation efforts related to permitting and environmental matters including federal, state, and local requirements; leading coordination with the Development and Operations and Technical team related to the project; and managing/tracking overall project plans, budgets and schedules.
Some of the key accountabilities are:
1. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure that the project is performing on time and to budget in its application phase
2. Manage relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project outcomes
3. Coordinate project planning with the other teams within the project
4. Work with our external shareholders to ensure that they are kept up to date
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector or wind industry
- Experience in planning key milestones, a record of strong delivery to target time frames and establishing strong stakeholder relationships.
- It is very desirable to have experience in dealing with Federal & State Agencies as part of planning/ licence approval processes.
- Experience applying business and financial principles, including budgeting, finance and risk management.
- Your work experience will evidence excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead a project team and negotiate with stakeholders.
