AddressOffshore wind specialists - environmental impact assessments
We are seeking environmental impact assessment practitioners experienced in Offshore Wind projects, from Principal Consultant to Technical Director/Partner level, to be based in our Melbourne office (hybrid working available).
You will play a leadership role in ensuring that Offshore Wind and marine infrastructure projects are developed in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner. You will be supported by a large cohort of industry leading technical specialists and environmental professionals, including ERM's Australian and Global Marine and Impact Assessment Technical Communities.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead EIS/EES projects in marine environments and as an Offshore Wind specialist.
- Lead the design, mobilisation, fieldwork coordination and reporting for marine baseline studies, including being a key contributor to safety planning.
- Manage projects to scope and budget, and ensure team and stakeholder relationships are maintained to an exceptional standard.
- Collaborate with technical team leads to develop and deliver superior outcomes for our clients.
- Support Account Directors in maintaining existing client relationships and develop strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- 10+ years' experience in environmental planning and impact assessments on offshore projects, including 5+ years' experience in environmental consulting - experience in Australia and internationally highly desirable.
- Excellent project management and project delivery skills, including budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and communications.
- Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders and teams.
- Tertiary degree in Marine Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Authorisation to work in Australia.
