Building a better Bunbury
We have a twelve Month Fixed Term maternity cover position available offering an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Project Coordinator to develop and deliver major capital projects across council. Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure Maintenance Services, you will be responsilbe for the successful planning, delivery, monitoring, controlling and closure of Infrastructure Projects.
Able to enthusiastically embrace change, you will help others to do the same by applying skills that motivate, inspire and foster a team environment using an innovative, consultative and flexible approach through highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be a Project Coordinator with a proven track record in managing a range of council infrastructure and assets to a standard in keeping with community expectation. You'll also have a solid understanding of compliance, risk minimisation and the environment in which a council operates.
Your substantial experience in Project Management, Civil Construction Maintenance, Building or similar field, with your extensive knowledge in tendering and contract preparation, documentations, supervision, administration, and management, will see you easily succeed in this role.
You'll have a good understanding of Australian standards and Local Government Act and regulations and be able to ensure the timely preparation, accuracy and quality of correspondence, reports, briefings, and other specialised documents. Your relevant tertiary qualification, whilst not essential, will also set you in good stead for this opportunity.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2022 Enterprise Agreement at either Level 7 ($100,519) or Level 8 ($108,138).
