Busselton Pavilion is the latest venue to join Parker Group, the name behind prominent Perth venues such as The Royal and Dandelion.
Busselton Pavilion is a multifaceted dining destination in the newly refurbished Busselton Central. The venue is comprised of a wine store, 60-seater restaurant, beer garden, along with private dining and a mezzanine function space.
Acclaimed chef Brendan Pratt (ex Vasse Felix) is our Culinary Director and has drafted a forward-thinking menu which celebrates rotisserie-style food.
About the roles
We’re looking for two permanent full-time Chef de Parties who love working in a great team, delivering exceptional dishes, and genuinely care for the customer experience.
What you bring
- Sound knowledge of food, produce and suppliers
- Good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and well presented
- Experience in a high volume a-la-carte restaurant
- Understanding of current food and beverage trends
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery
