The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize your experience in cloud architectures and IaaS best practices to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, updating them on architectural changes to applications and integrations.
- Act as the technical escalation point, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents.
- Contribute to the planning of the application release schedule and development of application roadmaps.
- Work with the Service Desk to develop and maintain knowledge management articles.
- Engage in strong consultation, liaison, and negotiation with stakeholders, project managers, consultants, vendors, and senior management across the geographically dispersed business.
The Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with 3-4 years in leading team.
- Experience in data modelling.
