This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for Injury Management!
Working directly with the Health and Safety team and closely with the HR team you will touch on all aspects of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, specifically guiding the Injury Management processes.
The Opportunity…
- Coordinate Injury Management (Return to Work) processes including workers compensation, return to work and rehabilitation across the company (AUS & NZ)
- Strategic management of injuries and claims portfolio
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies and procedures
- Liaise with respective managers and team members to assist them with Injury Management and claim processes and initiatives
- Development and drive of injury and claims management initiatives and report on injury trends
- Maintain and manage relevant reporting, analysis, data and statistics; develop reports, and provide project updates
- Providing support and guidance to all stakeholders within the company to ensure that safe working procedures are adhered to with a focus on continuing improvement

If you have the below skills & experience, we would love to hear from you!
- 1-2 years min experience in Return to Work, Injury Management or Health and Safety is essential.
- Proficiency in Solv Injury is advantageous although not essential.
- Strong administration skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office incl. Excel
- Qualifications in Return to Work, Workplace Health and Safety as well as experience in an Injury Management are essential
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a changing environment with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills - including ability to provide coaching, training, and advice
- Time Management and personal organisational skills
- On occasion some travel to our Ballarat office and other site locations will be required
