Injury Management Advisor

Full Time, Permanent Contract80 hours per fortnight - including an ADONortheast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Injury Management Advisor to join our People and Culture Team.  This role reports to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager and will assist in driving proactive management and intervention to support staff return to work utilizing best practice strategies.

 This role will require a focused individual to demonstrate an ability to liaise with injured workers, managers, our insurance agent, medical practitioners and rehabilitation providers.  You will need to be able provide guidance and advice in WorkCover Management, rehabilitation/return to work programs and continuous improvement strategies and services.
