As the RTW & Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll be partnering with impacted stakeholders, to facilitate a smooth transition which enable return to work. This is a people centric role, where a caring approach and understanding are critical to your success. Day to day you will:
- Be the first point of contact for injured stakeholders
- Advise and guide stakeholders on injury investigation and management processes
- Prepare and submit WorkCover claim documentation
- Manage records and WorkCover pay calculations
- Engage Rehabilitation and Allied Health professionals
- Support stakeholders to build suitable duties plans
- Interpret and apply legislation relating to WorkCover claims and compliance
- Experience working in a similar role in a complex industry sector
- An authentic and supportive approach to stakeholder engagement
- Qualifications in Injury Management/Workers Compensation or aligned
- Experience in administering WorkCover processes
- Skills in coordinating Return to Work activities including building suitable duties plans
- High levels of attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills

Competitive remuneration offered (including NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 and Meals Card up to $2,700).
