Site and Operations Manager
Based in Gippsland (Warragul), Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Site and Operations Manager to join our Community Mental Health team on a fulltime and ongoing position.
The Site and Operations Manager is responsible for:
- Lead, support and manage the daily operations of the local staff / team.
- Be responsible for site specific budgets, targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

We are looking for candidates with:
- Nursing: Registered Nurse or Division 1 Registered Nurse with post basic qualification in mental health nursing holding a current Registration Certificate with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Social Work: Approved degree in social work or other qualification approved for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Psychology: Approved degree and registration with AHPRA.
- Occupational Therapy: A degree or diploma from a recognised School of Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership and management roles.
