iBuyNew is a national business that assists buyers of new and off-the-plan property, through every step of the journey, from search to settlement. We work with a select panel of builders, developers and project marketers, resulting in the ability to present independent and unbiased property options to our clients, based on their specific living or investment objectives.
The Role
As the Inside SalesAppointment Setter you will be supporting our National Sales team, and our state based Sales Associates by managing leads though our CRM (Salesforce) with the goal of booking appointments for our Property Consultants once qualified.
Leads that you will be managing will be from a number of different sources including our own website, partner websites and social media campaigns to name a few. You will be required to connect with leads and complete a needs analysis to assess a buyer's readiness to purchase, and book an appointment for the most suitable consultant to then present the best property options.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage a segment of the database following the iBuyNew contact procedure
- Expectation of making 50-70 calls per day
- Qualify prospective buyers by taking them through a thorough needs analysis to ascertain their readiness to purchase, with the goal of scheduling a virtual appointment with one of our Property Consultants
- Make appointment confirmation calls, and update the Salesforce records
- Identify and manage leads that require nurturing and future follow up
- Develop a deep understanding of the off the plan property market across multiple major cities, with a key focus on our recommended projects
- Maintain leads and opportunities via Salesforce (CRM)
- Display a professional attitude and have a willingness to learn for possible career progression opportunities
- Provide relief and back up for our state based Sales Associates if/when required (provides another level of exposure to the sales team)
What you’ll need to be successful
- Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in a call centre environment (preferred but not essential)
- A strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work alongside a high performing sales team
- Results driven to meet your key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar)
- Experience with a VOIP phone system such as Aircall
