Position
This role is focussed on Sales & Relationship Management for key customers which are mainly in the food and university sector who use this service.
You will be given in depth training and support if you come in to this role, but your main responsibilities are nurturing customers and growing sales in your portfolio.
- Relationship management of 150 key customer accounts
- Develop sales and revenue within the accounts
- Maximise service use and offerings within customer accounts
- Keep a weekly update of call cycles and pipeline opportunities
- Regular and frequent contact with major customers
- Winning new sales contracts and opportunities
- All from the office dealing over the phone and video
- Maintaining contact via phone, email, video & virtual meetings
- Being able to identify opportunities for further service
- Reaching out to new, cold or dormant accounts
- Promoting new campaigns
- Upselling and cross selling
- WFH balance 3 days per week 2 days from office
- Office on the North side of Melbourne, Tullamarine area

The experience you need
To be considered for this role it will come down to you having good experience in sales, relationship management and being able to not only nurture relationships, but also increase sales and look for new opportunities from your existing customers, as well as proactively reach out to new cold customers.
