The Role
As National Account Manager with Patties Food you will manage key categories and drive growth within the Independent retail sector. Reporting to the Customer Director, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute joint business plans, maximize sales, and achieve profitability targets. Your strategic focus will encompass brand development, market expansion, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint business plans with MSO & State customer partners to drive category growth and achieve financial goals.
- Maximize growth potential key brands within the Independent sector through targeted marketing strategies and effective product placement
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product portfolio into complementary categories aligned with consumer preferences and market trends
- Explore strategic opportunities into new markets or distribution channels, leveraging business strengths and capabilities.
To be successful in the role you will have;
- Proven account management experience within relevant channels such as grocery, P&C Pharmacy etc.
- Familiarity with category management, marketing, revenue management or demand/supply planning preferred.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite, IRI or Nielsen Data Analytics and demand forecasting systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive mutual profitable growth through collaborative category strategies with customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision making skills
