What is the role
- Act as a primary point of contact for “Minor Accounts”, addressing inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, or in-person communication
- Preparing quotations, facilitating renewals for licencing and agreements were required.
- Conduct regular outreach via phone, emails, virtual or onsite meetings to maintain engagement with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as customer support and product teams) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell New Era additional products or services.
- Partnering with Account Executives to drive account conversions to the Major accounts team
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services, pricing, and promotions to effectively address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, and product management to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Providing regular reports and commentary on pipeline opportunities to grow and expand the customer base.
- Engage with Vendors in consultation with management to optimise the pricing and gross margin on the sole opportunities.
- Maintaining client account and relationship records in the appropriate system
- Ensuring all sales reports and account plans are maintained and up to date
- Maintaining proactive and regular communication with all key stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitive landscape.

Who we are looking for
- Someone who has proven sales experience with a track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Goal- oriented with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft suites.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field is desirable
- Experience with PSA tools is desirable but not required
