Inside Sales Specialist - Scientific Equipment
Salary - $70,000 - $90,000 + super
Our client is a leading Scientific Equipment and services provider with expertise in vacuum related products, analytical instrumentation, and life science laboratory equipment.
This company is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join the team in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process with key customers via phone and email
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers recognising sales opportunities
- Admin for sales and purchase orders
- Outbound calls to clients following up on leads and marketing campaigns
- Provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams
- Assist with trade shows including set up and support
- Processing sales orders and liaising with customers to ensure delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Science
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in scientific customer service or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Scientific Equipment and services in the areas of leak detection, electron microscopy, surface characterization, microanalysis, high energy physics, quantum physics, thin film deposition, nanotechnology, chemistry, analytical instrumentation, and life science
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold an Australia Drivers License
