This well established, global medical device company is looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Lead, this person will be responsible for:
- Providing product advice to end users.
- Converting short term buyers to subscription packs
- Order entry, warehouse liason and stock management
- Sample management and conversion sales
- Subscription customer base monthly order processing and management
- Management of logistics for servicing and repairs for respiratory products
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a Customer Service/sales role - B2B / B2C
- Knowledge of Medical industry (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in a busy, service focused, customer service environments.
- Empathy for patients
- Willing to learn and immerse yourself in the healthcare industry.

- Salary: circa $70k-$75k base
