Insolvency Accountant

Approach Consulting is looking for an Accountant who wants to continue to establish and build their careers at our client’s boutique business advisory firm.
Our client provides recovery, restructuring and insolvency solutions to a wide variety of businesses across Australia.
 
The Opportunity: We are looking for someone to support Senior Management in the effective execution and case management of a broad range of insolvency matters.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: In your role you will be working directly with senior management and have day-to-day responsibility for the management and support of your own client base. 

• Management of Court Liquidations, CVL's, VA's, Trade-Ons & Small Receivership's
• Conduct Investigations as required
• Manage Statutory Reporting Requirements
• Liaise with Debtors, Creditors and Clients
• Assist with Administration and Case Management
• Assist in informal engagements including turnaround and business review engagements

 
Skills and Experience Required: Approach Consulting is looking for applicants who can work autonomously in their role and deliver fantastic client services. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and develop their career. Ideally you will have some of the following:  

• CA / CPA qualified (may also be undertaking the program)
• A good communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• motivated, with a strong work ethic and flexibility to the challenges of working in a professional environment
• the ability to develop plans and reports
