Form of workRSM Sydney is currently looking to hire a Analyst to join our Restructuring and Recovery division. As an Analyst you will work across both personal and corporate insolvency projects. Within these projects you will assist in financial analysis, restructuring projects and investigative work and dealing with multiple stakeholders within a team that offers the full suite of insolvency and restructuring services.
Depending on the applicant, key responsibilities of the role may include;
- Oversee the preparation of receipt authority, payment authority and day one investigation letters and statutory forms
- Conducting investigations on assigned engagements
- Assist with trade on of a business
- Stock take of company goods
- Preparation of reports to ASIC
- Assist with preparation of letters of demand
- Prepare reports to creditors and other stakeholders with statutory information
- Draft correspondence and act as main point of contact for correspondence to creditors, employees directors and other stake holders on engagements
- Assist in realising asses of the company or individual
- Analysis of company financials
The Successful Applicant
- Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
- Law degree with interest in Insolvency
Desirable
- Commencement of CA or equivalent
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

- 1-2 years in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
