The Role: We are in search of a dynamic 3.4u Inspector with a solid background in ROV operations, aiming to take on the role of Senior Project Manager with the opportunity to develop into leading the inspection team. This position is a unique blend of management and fieldwork, ideal for someone keen to spearhead growth and innovation in marine inspection services across Western Australia. The role entails a mix of onshore management and offshore execution, perfect for individuals committed to elevating the quality and scope of our inspection services.
Responsibilities:
Onshore:
- Lead and enhance our in-water survey and inspection capabilities.
- Foster commercial expansion within our ROV inspection services.
- Build and mentor a team of elite inspection engineers.
- Drive technical advancements for state-of-the-art service offerings.
Offshore:
- Partner with R&D to ensure the delivery of premier offshore inspection services.
- Guarantee top-tier inspection outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Address and mitigate client concerns efficiently and proactively.
Development:
- Pioneer the adoption of novel inspection technologies and methodologies.
- Advance our remote inspection capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation.

Who You Are:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in marine inspection, preferably as an ROV Pilot or Supervisor.
- Exceptional communicative abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for the marine domain.
- An engineering background and NDT credentials (3.4u or equivalent) are beneficial.
