About the role
As Plumbing Inspection Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for leading and managing a team of plumbing inspectors and provides professional/technical advice on these activities when required. In addition, the role contributes to other Branch initiatives including the integration of planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement. The role involves travel within the state as required.
Your professional/technical advice and experience in managing the team including physical, human and financial resources will be key to your success in this role.
You will bring to the role/team your ability to liaise with internal and external customers to ensure appropriate service delivery and improvement needs and expectations are met.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a team player with a proven leadership and management skills to manage a technical team.
What does a typical day look like?
You will be expected to manage a high-performing team of plumbing inspectors, develop plans and management tools to inspect a wide-range of plumbing work in all of Western Australia, provide a senior plumbing investigator technical advice and resources, report compliance data to the Plumbers Licensing Board and provide the Chief Gas and Plumbing Inspector with regular updates.
