Institutional Performance Analyst

The Turner Group have partnered with a leading financial organisation who hold a presence across Australia and a strong reputation for their excellence in delivering financial outcomes. Having a rich history locally and internationally, our client is seeking an expert in market trends and complex transactions to join their team as a Performance Analyst.
The Position
As a Performance Analyst you are responsible for developing and managing client portfolios and associated models with the purpose of securing targets, while maintaining a high standard of due diligence processes. Your responsibilities will also include, but not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly reports and associated documentation to best represent business and client performance analytics
• Support company staff in the introduction of new business and the retaining current business
• Prepare loan tapes and fund reports as well as ad hoc loan books and further portfolio maintenance when required
• Support coworkers and company leaders when required to improve company outcomes and assist clients
• Keep up to date with current market trends to identify new opportunities and risk in the real estate market

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will have practiced analytical experience within a significant financial institution across a diverse range of business and real estate financial structures, and an understanding of their credit risk and the associated market trends.
