How will I help?This role reports to the Director, WIB Business Performance and is accountable for the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful performance reporting and analysis for WIB. Key responsibilities include management reporting, quarterly forecasting, ASX disclosures, peer analysis and annual target setting. This is an entry level position providing an opportunity for knowledge and skill development within an established team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:- Build strong working relationships with the Head of WIB Performance Management, Directors Performance Management & LOB Finance, LOB BUF teams, Genpact team and Group Finance.
- Manage delivery of timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting for WIB Division stakeholders, including Flash reporting and Monthly Performance Reporting.
- Participate in the quarterly forecasting and annual Target setting processes.
- Contribute to external reporting processes, including ASX results announcement, IDP, quarterly trading updates and analysis of competitor performance.
- Prioritisation and coordination of tasks to ensure deadlines are met according to all deliverable dates.
- Simplification of reporting and processes to create capacity across WIB Finance teams, while maintaining quality and reducing risk.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes; work closely with other teams to deliver improvements.

What do I need?- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or related field.
- CA/CPA qualification preferred.
- Relevant financial reporting experience.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Excel, Cognos, Oracle and TM1 advantageous.
- Builds effective relationships and has a demonstrated background in working with others to achieve outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.
