Instructional Designer Leadership Programs

We are looking for an Instructional Designer initailly for a 3-4 month period ( with potential view to extension) to cover leave and assist with a variety of leadership development programs . Approximately 4 days per week,2 days WFH, 2 days in Camberwell office based. This is a highly collaborative project driven environment so some time in the office is preferred.

You will be working with some of Australia's leading brands developing programs that make a difference to people at all levels of organisations. Our portfolio is diverse covering retail, local and state government, manufacturing, higher education, law and banking just to name a few!

What is involved in the role.

  • Partner with our customers to achieve learning and program outcomes.
  • Project management and implmentation of learning programs
  • Design and development of learning materials and programs.
  • Proof reading,collating learning packs
  • Development fo additional digital learning assets
  • Support development of learning videos
  • Innovate to create leading edge learning solutions.

You will need:

  • A customer centric approach
  • Extensive experience developing leadership learning programs
  • Project coordintaion/management experience
  • A drive for attention to detail
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, to prioritise and juggle deadlines.
  • Creative, graphic design experience a bonus.
  • Desire to have fun at work and be part of a fast paced, highly collaborative team.
  • Advanced power point skills
  • Retail experience
  • Digital, eLearn,video experience viewed favourably.
