YOUR NEW ROLE:
Reporting to the COO, your role will be to respond to inbound calls and hot leads to discover what the client's leadership teams need, produce proposals and provide tailored solutions to meet their desired outcomes.
Your day-to-day will include (but is not limited to):
- Discovery calls both inbound and following up hot leads (no cold calling here!)
- Booking and attending meetings, more than 90% either virtual or on the phone
- Internal team meetings and communication and a little banter on Slack
- Develop a strong understanding of the learning and development needs of the client and what your team can offer.
- Designing and sending proposals.
- Contacting past participants of leadership programs for feedback and insights.
- Collaborate with facilitators and the client success team on the best outcomes for the client.
You will be engaging, professional, articulate and someone who can read the "room" and flex your approach to the scenario and client in front of you. You know how to ask great questions and understand that the problems presented are not always what the real issues are.
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about relationship-based, authentic sales and possesses the following:
- Experience in a business development or relationship-based/complex sales role
- Exposure to Leadership Development, you have done sales in the education space or perhaps you have experience as a facilitator or have lead a team
- Comfortable speaking with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional abilities to prioritise and manage time.
- A fast learner with an internal drive for excellence and growth.
- A team player is a MUST, this is a fully remote team so relationship-building skills are key to your internal success.
- Salary circa $130K + Super + Sizeable Commissions!!!
