We are looking for a fabulous Learning Coordinator to join our dynamic Nous team working on the delivery and continuous improvement of a flagship leadership development program for Defence leaders. Designed to equip Defence personnel with adaptive leadership capabilities to lead through dynamic, uncertain, and disrupted environments.
This role owns the coordination and delivery of cohorts, working directly with the program participants (Defence staff) and facilitators (Nous and AGSM staff and associates) to help navigate their learning journey.
This is a 2-year contract role with opportunity to extend.
The role:
Coordination of cohorts through each Leadership Program:
Onboarding participants
Scheduling program activities in liaison with participants, stakeholders and coaches
Proactive liaison with participants, and their managers, at key touch-points before, during and after elements, blocks or component
Collaborate with the Program Management Office to review and enhance processes, and identify and resolve issues where needed.
Make offers to applicants into cohorts, and support 'non-ready' applicants in suitable alternate program identification
Distribute pre-work and administer assessment and feedback tool
Early identification and resolution of quality or delivery challenges
Setup and support Learning Management System (LMS).
Support with other program activities, potentially including marketing, communications and design of new processes.
You will:
Have lots of variety and challenges along the way but the mix will vary depending on the demands of the business at the time. You will use your dynamic administrative skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities to keep things running smoothly.
Provide executive project support (expense processing, travel bookings etc) and liaison with senior clients and stakeholders, scheduling, proof-reading, document collation and preparation)
Work collaboratively with the national Defence team
Be highly proactive, demonstrate initiative and be prepared to go the extra mile
Be able to work in a highly autonomous environment
Be capable of working with good humour and charm in a fast-paced environment
And the practical experience:
Experience in a team environment, where you have been required to juggle many multiple tasks at one time
Superior attention to detail and organisational skills
Well-developed problem-solving skills
Ideally proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products, or willing and able to learn
Previous EA, PA or Project coordination experience is desirable
