About the Organisation
Regional Disability Advocacy Service (RDAS) is a non-government, not-for-profit charitable organisation that exists to support people with disability, residing throughout North-East Victoria and Southern NSW.
RDAS is currently seeking applications for the position of a Leadership Program Coordinator based out of our Wodonga or Wagga Wagga office.
About the role
Our successful candidate is a talented, empathetic individual who relishes in the challenge of developing and delivering a new Leadership program specifically for women with disability that have experienced family and/or domestic violence.
The intended outcome of the program is to support participants to recognise forms of family and/or domestic violence, develop leadership skills and an awareness of their human rights, increasing the capacity and willingness of participants to self-advocate when their human rights are violated.
Tenure
Full-Time or Part-Time up to 38 hours per week (minimum of 22.8)
Fixed term contract until 30 June 2027
