Responsibilities
To provide accurate, efficient and timely support to an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker including:
- Data entry/processing of invoices, new business, renewals, endorsements, and preparation of insurance documents for clients
- Assist with telephone and email queries from clients, insurers and service providers
- Both lodgement and ongoing management of claims
Experience
To fulfill this role, you will:
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Be able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
- Be well organised and have exceptional time management skills
- Have the capability to work under pressure
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Display excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
