Qualifications & experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to stay focused in a busy environment
- Previous experience in an Insurance or Administration position
- Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) preferred or willing to complete upon commencement
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide support to Account Managers & Senior Staff
- Source alternative terms for new & existing insurance policies
- Accurate & timely processing of policy transactions & related records
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients, underwriters, brokers & other key stake holders
- Work closely with Senior staff to achieve required outcomes for our clients & our business
