The company:This law firm continues to do very well with a focus on TPD claims across Australia. The firm operates an innovative model which has proved highly successful and ensures a continued volume of work comes through the doors. It also equips you to work from home and largely run your own files but with the support and systems of the firm behind you.
About the role:
Working alongside an experienced team of TPD lawyers, you role will see you:
- confidently run your own TPD claims matters;
- typically settle around 6-8 claims a month;
- run your matters with full autonomy and little support.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- a minimum 5 years PAE level with significant TPD experience allowing you to confidently run your own matters;
- a highly organised and confident approach in being given autonomy to run your own files;
- excellent attention to detail; and
- an unrestricted practice certificate and level of experience that will allow you to obtain a Principal Practicing Certificate and use that to consult back ot the firm.
