The opportunity

We could have the perfect role for you at Insignia Financial as an Insurance Solutions Specialist.
Reporting to our Team Lead Insurance, you’ll be joining a team who look after two streams of work. The first being underwriting, including new insurance applications or additional cover right through to setting up and managing client’s insurance on their policy. The other stream that this team look after is claims, the end to end from administering the initial application and gathering information to submit insurance to assessors, all the way through to releasing funds to the member once a final decision has been made. Moreover, you’ll be joining a passionate team who strive to deliver exceptional service and a leader who genuinely cares for their team.
What we are looking for in successful candidates
First and foremost, for us the most important things are having the right attitude, desire to grow and develop in your career as well as always providing exceptional customer service. It would be a bonus if you have superannuation/insurance experience, but this is not essential as we’ll provide you with all the training you need so that you can hit the ground running.
Secondly, you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have the maturity required for this level of role – at the end of the day you’ll be dealing with existing client’s insurances. Last but not least you work well in a team and can also work autonomously, you enjoy bringing new ideas to the table, and can easily think outside the box when you have to.
