Position Title: Intake Administrative Assistant
Classification: HS1
Salary per hour: $29.57 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 hours per fortnight
Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

Role description
This position will primarily support participants with their journey navigating allied health and outpatient services. You will be required to perform administrative duties for our Community Services Team in order to deliver effective, client centered intake services for Dhelkaya Health in line with service funding and guidelines.
On a typical day you might be assisting clients with queries regarding available services, providing information about the assessment process and facilitating access to services. There will also be the usual admin duties to include, data entry, filing, photocopying, responding to emails, processing client invoicing, fee collection and receipting.
Rostered hours will between 7:30am and 6pm weekdays.
About you
The successful applicant will have excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills. You'll be comfortable navigating your way round the Microsoft Suite, along with other cloud-based systems, CIMS, Medical Software Packages and Patient Resource Databases would be an advantage. If you have clinical experience/knowledge to support the needs of people with disability and chronic/complex health needs in the community, then that's a bonus!
