Intake and Assessment Officer

The position of Intake & Assessment Officer is currently open at our Lismore Head to Health hub, working out of Southern Cross University. This is a permanent position and we are considering both full time and part time applications. As one of the first contact points for people accessing Head to Health, our Intake and Assessment Officers need to build a positive rapport with a wide range of  people, as well as their family and friends. Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will work with a group of committed clinical and operational staff to develop and promote the reputation of Head to Health Lismore within the local and wider community. Responsibilities include: Effectively engage, screen, assess, refer, provide brief interventions, and coordinate care for people that contact, or are referred to, the Head to Health hub.
