The opportunity:
We’re a small team so require a team leader who is creatively driven, agile in any situation and able to deliver end to end solutions across different channels. We need someone who believes that an idea can come to life in any medium. Working as an ‘integrated’ suit you will understand how advertising, PR, digital and social channels work.
This position requires you to lead internal traffic processes as well as taking on ‘the producer’ role in delivery of campaigns to market. Solid experience in content production and the ability to drive traffic processes across an integrated agency will be key. The long-term goal of the producer will be to build a network of production professionals and capabilities for Icon.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team lead on key accounts and ‘content’ production team
- Driving Client strategies creatively and efficiently
- Responsible for implementing and managing traffic through agency (with full support of account management team)
- Production responsibility across key accounts
- End to end content production management from brief to output.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and in budget
- Develop and refine content project workflow and enhance delivery processes.
- Build a network of production professionals to scale Icons internal capabilities.
Experience and Skills required:
- Experience working on major federal government and not-for-profit organisations is preferred
- Exceptional project management and client management skills -must be great a building strong relationships
- A believe that strategy is the foundation for all great work
- Champion of creative ideas from ideation to market delivery
- Have a high awareness of industry video and film standards
- Ability to work closely with creative to deliver optimal creative results
- Financial acumen including leading estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients.
- Highly personable & affable personality, sense of humour and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Experience booking and working with creatives, designers, directors, editors, DoPs, crew etc
- Highly skilled in Asana, Streamtime, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
