With a national presence, they are currently looking to hire an Account Director to be based within their fast-growing Melbourne office.

As an Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Melbourne team, managing existing client relationships while supporting with writing proposals and mentoring junior team members. You'll be involved in end-to-end project management, handling both ad-hoc and tracking research initiatives for a diverse range of clients.

As an Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Melbourne team, managing existing client relationships while supporting with writing proposals and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and help grow relationships with S&G and commercial clients, providing exceptional service and insights tailored to their needs.
- Lead end-to-end research projects, from proposal development to final deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive innovation and excellence in research methodologies and approaches.
- 4-6 years of experience in quantitative-focused research, preferably within a consulting or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
