THE ROLE
As our Integrated Business Planning Manager, you will spearhead the implementation and monitoring of our IBP Strategy and process. By integrating business intelligence from various departments, you'll ensure our organizational objectives are not just met but exceeded. Your role will directly impact our bottom line by improving the accuracy of our financial projections, optimizing inventory management, and identifying risks and opportunities to the plan.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute the Integrated Business Planning process.
• Ensure alignment of demand plans with operational and financial goals.
• Manage inventory levels throughout the supply chain, ensuring product availability in the market.
• Identify and address risks and opportunities to the plan, driving optimized responses.
• Lead planning for new product launches and phase-outs.
• Continuously improve the IBP cycle, reducing cycle time and aligning with financial budgets.
• Drive organizational change through stakeholder management and training initiatives.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to drive financial and operational results.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Financial acumen and proficiency in advanced Excel.
• Experience with reporting and analytical systems (e.g., JDE, Power BI).
• Proven track record of providing decision support and driving business results.
• Confidence presenting ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders.
