As part of our Business Management Team, Business Development Managers (BM) play a valued role in helping drive this business growth.
Your goal is to develop and expand our business and your network while fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across different industries.
Role & Responsibilities
Flexible and dynamic with a passion for Business Development and a desire to apply your skills across a variety of industries and sectors, you are accountable for the main three drivers of our business model:
Business Development: to meet our ambitious targets, you will identify growth opportunities within your business unit, nurture a funnel of strong relationships with key prospects to position our Project Management services and deliver a unique value proposition to our clients. To be successful, you will be highly resilient and disciplined to maintain a high volume of activity and cold calling.
Main activities are
- Develop growth strategies and plans while increasing the client base.
- Negotiating with clients, stakeholders and managing client expectations.
- Retaining and managing relationships with existing clients.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of MIGSO-PCUBED service lines, markets and value propositions.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs.
- Writing business proposals.
- Reporting of KPI's though preparing, negotiating and managing records of sales, including Business Development related data, 5-5-2 Rhythm.
Main activities are
- Develop growth strategies and plans while increasing the employee base. Clear brief of new requirements given to recruitment team
- In parallel, Sourcing and developing your own network of new candidates
- Interviewing these candidates, and keeping track of candidate progress in the process
- Check references of your candidates
- New Resource Request pack handed to Finance for processing
- Negotiate and get the contract signed by the candidate
- Onboard the new resources
- Reporting of KPI's though preparing, negotiating and managing records of recruitment pipeline, including related data and Rhythm.
While Managing client satisfaction along with our Delivery Management structure, i.e. build a strong relationship with every level or client's organization, set available as requested to listen to them, identify cause of problems, and fix them.
Experience & Attributes
Business Development Managers individual performance must be fully engaged with the growth and development of the business and will have the following experience and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field.
- High-level communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of Business Development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
