Due to a high volume of referred potential buyers from our professional Network, we require experienced Sales | Business Development Managers to join an incredible office culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and a positive atmosphere.
This position suits candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in managing a network, Property Sales, exceptional time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the desire and drive to establish a long-term career. The successful candidates will be working from our Parramatta Head Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain a network of professional Brokers and Accountants who refer clients to our business and grow this network by attracting new accounts
- Experience selling off-plan apartments is a must as you will be servicing your network leads and closing the sales for them
- Conduct daily and weekly prospecting to grow your network and maintain sales momentum and pipeline
- Communicating and liaising with clients and referral partners
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in the property industry is essential, however, knowledge of the mortgage industry will also be considered for this role
- Drive and ambition to grow within the business
- Knowledge of property market trends
- Real Estate certificate or licence
- Driver’s License
- Bilingual is preferred
- This role involves Monday to Friday, however, it may require weekend and evening work depending on your client's availability
