The Opportunity to join our Team and make a difference
This role is a 24 Month Contract.
The Integration Analyst would be responsible for partnering with stakeholders and designing, developing, testing, and supporting application integrations for clinical and business processes.
Under the direction of the Enterprise Applications Manager, the Integration Analyst will:
- Engage stakeholders and apply a structured approach for the design, development and documentation of integrations between various systems, including clarifying requirements to ensure there is no uncertainty in expectation
- Maintain and troubleshoot current integrations, also identifying potential areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the ICT team to review and amend existing procedural manuals and guides
- Support the testing of integrations whenever integrated systems are upgraded or replaced
- Demonstrated experience in planning, determining system needs, coordinating and managing assimilation of new software applications and programs into existing systems.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into integration requirements
- High-level problem solving and organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Strong data mapping documentation experience
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, customers, co-workers and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent listening, collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to consult with stakeholders and manage stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to deliver successful integrations on time and within budget constraints, work autonomously, and monitor & report on progress effectively
- Experience with Dell Boomi and\or UiPath
