Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Application Research, Development, and Support:

• Design, develop, and deliver IT solutions aligning with Qscan Group's strategic priorities.
• Define and document RIS and dataset integration strategies.
• Participate in HL7 project scoping for RIS/PACS integration and migration.
• Conduct integration and workflow tests, providing input to project managers and key stakeholders.
• Execute change management requests and work on escalated support issues.
• Perform data migrations and conversions as required.
• Undertake software maintenance, review, testing, and implementation of RIS/PACS updates.

Stakeholder Engagement and Training:

• Build and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Facilitate clinical and administrative systems training as required.

System Maintenance and Security:

• Maintain system security and confidentiality in accordance with relevant guidelines.
• Provide timely troubleshooting support and resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working within Medical Imaging Industry including detailed experience within RIS/EMR, PACS and HL7
• A working knowledge in applying Agile methodologies in software development and enterprise application management
• Familiarity with any/all the following systems: InteleViewer, InteleConnect, IntelePacs, KailoHub, Mirth, Visage PACS / Karisma, Comrad and Visage RISs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
