The Tradecraft Advisor (Intelligence Analyst) will enable Fivecast customers to fully leverage the range of AI-enabled threat intelligence capabilities provided by Fivecast. The Tradecraft Advisor will drive customer engagement through high-level inter-personal and influencing skills, expert communication and extremely strong analytics skills. The Tradecraft Advisor will be the ‘super-user’ for Fivecast and showcase to customers how to apply AI-enabled threat intelligence to the customer’s mission.
This is a hybrid role with a mixture of WFH and days in our Arlington office.

Responsibilities
Pre-sales Support for Fivecast Products
- Contribute thought leadership and best practices, both internally and externally, to Fivecast’s go-to-market strategy based on direct engagement with customers and prospects
- Conduct software demonstrations and deliver Fivecast customized training for pre and post-sale opportunities
- Work closely with the Fivecast business development team to drive adoption, trust, and customer success in the usage of Fivecast products and services by being a subject matter expert in all aspects of product offerings.
- Lead customer on-boarding, training, and ongoing support. Embed with customer as required to support integration of Fivecast software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the interface between technical support and our client user community.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the Fivecast product development team to address capability gaps.
- Develop key account holder relationships across the customer portfolio and appropriately map Fivecast capabilities to customer needs and goals through targeted Customer Success Plans
- Measure and monitor client usage and achievement of key performance indicators, reporting both internally and externally to client leadership. Maintain a consistent 95%+ customer renewal rate each year.
- Working with the Training Program Manager assist, as required, in the development and maintenance of in-person training materials and the online training platform Fivecast Academy
- Working with the Technical Writer, assist, as required, in updating and maintaining customer support documentation such as the user manuals and guides.
- Independently test and apply Fivecast software to national security priorities in order to provide guidance to customers’ internal development priorities.Build realistic scenarios for software demonstrations, delivery of intelligence reports, case studies, and techniques based on Fivecast capabilities.
- Prepare written products and oral briefings on Fivecast, structured analytic techniques, and OSINT to customers, prospects, and/or conference audiences.
- Act as OSINT and/or intelligence subject matter expert internally and externally providing insight and recommendations on best application of Fivecast solutions to unique problem sets.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness on trends in current events, OSINT and Publicly Available Intelligence to support customers and marketing efforts
- Graduate Tradecraft Advisor: $70,000-80,000
- Associate Tradecraft Advisor: $80,000-90,000
- Tradecraft Advisor: $90,000-110,000

- 3-5 years’ experience in as an Intelligence Analysis, Collection Specialist, Targeting, Personnel Security Vetting or related fields
- Experience within some of the below areas:
- As a Tradecraft Advisor (or equivalent) with an intelligence, law enforcement, or other agency/organization with an intelligence analysis or assessment function
- Leveraging intelligence collection and analysis software or commercially available data sets in support of the intelligence process
- Delivering and developing training on Open-Source Intelligence or related subjects
- Solid understanding of current US national security, counter terrorism, counter-intelligence, cyber threats, and border security issues
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with a high level of autonomy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in National Security studies, Criminal Intelligence, Political Science, Business, Economics, International Relations, or Foreign studies
- Expert understanding of current subject matter relevant to the Fivecast customers, for example: counter terrorism, counter-intelligence, cyber threats, security-vetting, supply-chain risk management and border security issues
- Formal intelligence analysis training and excellent presentation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Awareness of US national security interests
- Security Clearance: TS or SECRET clearance
