About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and independent Intelligence Coordinator to support our Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) team. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for compiling intelligence reports, be the first point of contact in emergencies, monitor CCTV footage and provide timely support for our clients and employees.
- Monitor and report on operational communications (eg Client emails/mobile communications and global positioning)
- Provide specialised support for client events and travel
- Analysis of trends and threat monitoring
- Prepare situation reports and recommendations for physical and digital security
- Monitor and review CCTV
- Monitor, coordinate, and initiate emergency response protocols for Client and ERS incidents, including natural disasters and international and local events
- Compilation of intelligence reports to disseminate to the client and internal company assets
- Support our Operations Teams as required such as follow up certifications/licences, rostering, resource allocation across all projects
This is a full- time role with mixed roster shift times of day 5am till 5pm, and night 5pm till 5am on a 7:7 roster.

- High sense of responsibility and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
- Knowledge of security technology systems is preferred but not essential
The preferred qualifications are listed below
- Tertiary qualification in (or progress towards) Intelligence, Politics, Security, or other fields with a focus on analysis and reporting
- Current C Class Drivers License
- Current First Aid qualifications
- Current National Police Clearance
- Experience within Defence or similar intelligence-based roles preferred but not essential
