Intelligence Officer to join their busy team for a 12 month temporary assignment.
About the role:As
Intelligence Officer, you will support the planning and production of financial intelligence outputs and outcomes. In addition, you will:
- Conduct fraud assessments and producing financial intelligence reports for complex matters from the collection, evaluation and analysis of information.
- Lead tactical intelligence projects through the development of collection plans, assigning tasks, analysing financial and other information, and articulating findings.
- Contribute to the development of business rules, refinements and suggested avenues of analysis and investigation.
- Produce financial intelligence products within set timeframes in compliance with legislative, policy and information security frameworks.
- Maintain accurate files and records in relation to business decisions and intelligence activities and functions, contributing to reporting requirements.
- Provide ongoing intelligence support for matters referred for investigation.
About you:The successful candidate will have:- Proven experience in an intelligence role, ideally within a military, police, or government environment
- Current or have the ability to hold Negative Vetting (NV1) clearance
- Proficiency in utilising Excel, interrogating data
- Strong understanding of government agencies and it's operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- $60.26 per hour + super
