About the role:
 
The Intelligent Automation Lead Developer is responsible for solution consulting and leading the design review, development, configuration & testing of automation and low-code application assets across the organisation.
The role involves monitoring adherence to automation and low-code guardrails, advocating for Origin's automation and low-code platforms, participating in feasibility discussions, and contributing to development while overseeing integrations.
Why this role matters?
-Develop high-quality automation code within the Origin RPA framework.
-Ensure the quality and robustness of technical deliverables.
-Act as a hands-on technology expert, leading the design and implementation of system and process improvements for automation and low-code platforms.
-Guide and mentor automation developers across Origin, fostering knowledge sharing and process improvements.
-Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful long-term adoption and value realization of Intelligent Automation.
-Design and deliver reusable automation assets, manage the automation asset library, and investigate and rectify root causes of automation issues.
 
What will you bring?
-Significant and relevant industry experience in developing automation (inc. robotic process automation).
-Expertise with UiPath and Microsoft PowerPlatform and, best practice development standards.
-Proven experience in database and programming scripting languages.
-Understanding of development and project methodologies.
-Expertise with REST, SOAP, and JSON.
-High level of attention to detail.
-Commitment to learn
, proactively seek and apply new knowledge and skills to stay ahead of emerging technologies in this domain.
-Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality to mentor and engage organisational developers.
