What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan and our joint venture partners JF Hull Holdings Pty Ltd and McIlwain are proud to announce we are delivering the contract for the central package of the Coomera Connector Stage 1 project which will deliver a 6-lane, 8-kilometre section of the project between Helensvale Road and Smith Street Motorway.
As Interface manager, you will report to the Project Engineering Manager and work in close collaboration with the project Traffic Manager and Project Construction Manager.
You will lead and manage all interface management activities and requirements associated with our works in co-ordination with our delivery teams and external stakeholders. As well an ability to collaborate with the broader Project team and influence outcomes to achieve best for project outcomes. Interface management will involve the understanding and balancing issues which are technical, commercial and program in nature.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are given autonomy to lead your team and influence outcomes to achieve best for project outcomes. You will possess strong attention to detail, and significant experience working on civil infrastructure projects and have a comprehensive understanding of civil construction techniques and methodologies. The ability to read and interpret engineering plans, drawings and reports is considered foundational to this role. Prior project delivery experience working on rail infrastructure and/or TMR projects will be highly regarded.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to take ownership and problem solve, are critical to this role.
