The Internal Communications Manager Healius is responsible for implementing Healius' enterprise-wide Internal Communications strategy and providing expert advice and communications support on high-priority employee facing projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities of the Internal Communications Manager Healius include:
- Supporting the Head of Internal Communications to implement the Internal Communications strategy for Healius, including any CSR initiatives.
- Develop and deliver enterprise-wide communications, including leadership resources through a variety of channels, including newsletters, video, screens, intranet content and events, ensuring all content is engaging, timely, technically accurate, and delivers consistent key messages relevant to intended stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with Executive leaders and business partners throughout the organisation
- Drive communication strategies to enhance employee engagement
- Provide expert advice and comms support on high-priority employee facing projects and programs.
- Responsible for overseeing content and production of HLS Internal newsletter
About you:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in communications/marketing or related discipline.
- Change management communications experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience in developing materials and messages across different mediums and audiences.
- Strong project management, communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with SharePoint, Canva, EDM programs
- Desired - Experience with Viva Connections and Viva Engage
