YOUR NEW ROLE
This position is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that drive staff engagement, build positive culture and encourage participation.
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Engagement & Impact, the role works in collaboration with senior executives, managers and the People & Development team to provide timely and trusted internal communications advice, ensuring staff are informed of key updates and issues to maximise organisational effectiveness. With oversight of all internally-facing communications channels, the position is responsible for delivering relevant, timely and accessible content and events that inform, inspire, build trust and ultimately increase engagement. It is also provides broader Stakeholder Communications advice and project management support, as required.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as communications and/or equivalent professional experience.
- A proven track record developing and executing creative internal communications plans, with experience in complex organisations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills – ability to influence at all levels and adapt communications for a range of internal audiences and other stakeholders.
- Someone that is dynamic, high energy and personable, with the ability to successfully drive projects in a complex, fast-moving organisation, with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in managing sensitive communications issues involving multiple stakeholders.
- A motivated self-starter with a focus on delivery, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
