We supply a broad spectrum of products such as bearings, power transmission, fasteners, castors, lubricants, tools, and related items. We are currently looking to expand our sales team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Punctual, reliable, and possessing a good work ethic
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of fastening, bearing, and industrial products is advantageous
- Proven customer service skills through prior work experience
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Process orders via phone and email
- Provide excellent customer service, including counter sales
- Handle general and sales inquiries, including preparing quotations
- Assist with picking and packing orders
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Report to the Internal Sales Manager
