We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven School Sales Consultant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our market leading Excel Test Zone online testing platform directly to schools around Australia. Following some extensive development, we are experiencing fast increasing demand and thus implementing this new role to facilitate the next exciting period of growth. You will be responsible for cold-calling, onboarding new schools and renewing and expanding current school clients. You will be supported with marketing and technical support, and a highly experienced Education sales team. This is a full-time office-based role, with a mix of working from home and our office in Leichhardt.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact schools in line with the required call schedule to promote Excel Test Zone, acquire orders & provide information
- Notify all schools of any promotions and updates
- Deliver a high level of customer service to schools & teachers through product knowledge, information and a strong understanding of school and teacher needs
- Coordinate with National promotions, newsletters and marketing to ensure consistency of information
- Work to achieve sales targets
- Communicate and coordinate with Education Sales and Marketing teams
- Use company CRM tools (Hubspot) to update records, activity and sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key school personnel and decision makers
About you
- Proven experience in education sales or a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable in a telesales role.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate educational products and services.
- Tech-savvy
- Results-oriented, tenacious and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
