The Role
The role of Internal Sales is to develop and maintain industrial B2B and retail sales, working directly with our sales and marketing team. This involves providing exceptional customer service to existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
Attention to detail and a strong sales and customer service focus is required for this position.
Key responsibilities
- In store retail and B2B customer service
- Maintaining relationships with existing industrial customer base
- Developing new sales opportunities reporting to the Sales Manager
- Process customer orders, stock handling and deliveries
