Key Responsibilities:

As an the Technical Internal Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with customers to find suitable solutions and products
• Managing incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
• Efficiently processing orders
• Building strong customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty
• Developing formal quotations
• Maintaining stock control
• Participate in client meetings

You will collaborate closely with a small and friendly professional team who are truly passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will require a technical background in Engineering or Hydraulic Sales to offer the expert advice and support required.

• A qualification in Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering OR
• 3 years’ experience in the hydraulics industry.
• Salesforce experience (Desirable)
